Be prepared: What to expect

Please refer to the registration page for important ride-day details.

Schedule

9:00 - 9:45 am — Check-in (registration is mandatory for all riders, guides, volunteers),

9:30am — Guide meeting

9:45 am — Safety announcements, group photo

10:00 am — Break into groups by level, roll out to our fav Santa Cruz trails

12:00 – 2:00pm — Riders return to host to refuel, shop, socialize. Return times vary by group, with Green riders usually returning earliest, followed by Blue, then Black Diamond

Important Reminders:

• If you don’t feel well, please stay home.

• Safety first: Come prepared with a mountain bike in good working order, helmet, eye protection, water, sunscreen, gloves and long sleeves/long socks to protect against poison oak. Be prepared: Read What to expect

• Don't be sorry! Bring locks to secure bikes and do not leave valuables in your car unattended

• Check in with local brands and bike shops if you are shopping for a new ride! Due to the impacts of supply chain disruption, this is the year to treat yourself to a #newbikeday at a significant discount
