Be prepared: What to expect

Please refer to the registration page for important ride-day details.

Schedule

9:00 - 9:45 am — Check-in (registration is mandatory for all riders, guides, volunteers), add a Clif Bar to your pack

9:30am — Guide meeting

9:45 am — Announcements, followed by raffle with prizes from generous donors

10:00 am — Break into groups by level, roll out to our fav Santa Cruz trails

12:00 – 2:00pm — Riders return to host to refuel, shop. Return times will vary by group.

Important Reminders:

• If you don’t feel well, please stay home.

• Safety first: Come prepared with a mountain bike in good working order, helmet, eye protection, water, sunscreen, gloves and long sleeves/long socks to protect against poison oak. Be prepared: Read What to expect

• Don't be sorry! Bring locks to secure bikes and do not leave valuables in your car unattended

• Check in with our local brands and bike shops if you are shopping for a new ride! 2024 is an AMAZING OPPORTUNITY to treat yourself to a #newbikeday at a great price!
