MBOSC Dig Day presented by Juliana Bicycles

This February, we're setting aside our regular ride for the opportunity to get down and dirty with the Mountain Bikers of Santa Cruz for a Ladies Dig Day, sponsored by Juliana Bicycles. It's the funnest way to give back to the trails, hands down! (Pun fully intended.)

MBOSC strictly limits participants to the first 60 women who sign up. Register now! And if in the end you can't go, please let MBOSC know so they can open up the space to someone else.

Time: 9am to 2pm
Place: Meet at the open field near the Emma McCrary Trailhead
Parking: Extremely limited. Please carpool and/or ride your bike to the location. You'll get extra raffle tickets for doing so!
Equipment: Bring a filled water bottle or hydration bag, bike helmet, gloves, sturdy covered-toe shoes, clothing layers as dictated by the weather
Food: Our host MBOSC and sponsor Juliana Bicycles will bring coffee and breakfast, snacks, lunch and post-ride refreshments. You bring your reusable cup!

But the last time I held a shovel I was five and sitting in a sandbox.
No experience with trail building? No problem. MBOSC has all the tools and expertise needed to get you working the ground.

I can't stay till 2pm. Does that mean I shouldn't come at all?
Join us anyway! If you have to leave early, make sure your crew leader knows.

Is this a rain or shine event?
No. The weather will affect whether or not we can go ahead with the event. Check your email the morning of the event to see if there have been any updates.
