SCHEDULE

Arrive at 9:30 am for check in, because we will be showcasing several women’s brands in the cycling space who will exhibit and sell their products before and after the ride.  We will roll out by 10:30 am then return to the winery after we ride to enjoy a post-ride wine tasting.  Gary from Snappy Dogs will be there so that you can fuel up with a gourmet sausage.  Bring money so that you can enjoy a Snappy Dog, glass of wine or tasting flight while you browse these great local, women-owned brands.

Totally Tubular Design - Totally Tubular Design creates bags, wallets and accessories from upcycled bicycle tubes and tires. Each unique piece is handmade in Santa Cruz and is created in artist Lauren Junker's garage!   http://totally-tubular-design.myshopify.com/

Harlot Bike Wear – Harlot Bike Wear offers up a fresh approach to women's cycling apparel. Harlot is all about grown-up style, clean lines, superior fit, functionality, and comfort in sizes XS-XXL (2-18).  They will be featuring the following items at the event:  the Angie jersey, Fiona knicker, and Bonnie short at special show prices. Knicker/short demos will be available. (Yep, try 'em before you buy 'em. Must wear your own chamois underneath.) Sign up at the booth before the ride.  www.harlotbikewear.com

Iconic Sport - Iconic Sport is an Aptos-based manufacturer of sun protective activewear for cycling, golf and all active outdoor activities. Founded in 2005 by Girls-Rock ride regular, Leslie Chow, all of Iconic's products are made in the Northern CA, and are sun protective, comfortable, highly breathable, wicking, flattering and super fun! They will be bringing an assortment of their product that you can buy in person.  www.iconicsport.com

Artists Campbell Steers – Albert Einstein famously said, "I thought of that while riding a bicycle."  Santa Cruz artist Campbell Steers finds herself saying that quite often as she chips away at art projects. It is no surprise, then, that she pays homage to the inspiring two-wheeled machine in her art — Campbell has numerous prints, t-shirts and jewelry which are bicycle-themed.  http://www.budaburrito.com/index.html

They will also be raffling a few items off!

  • Totally Tubular - Pacific Ave. Bag messenger style that retails for $100.
  • Harlot Bike Wear -- Angie Jersey, Fiona knickers, Ride Like a Harlot! knee highs (exchangeable for winners size)
  • Iconic Sport – Sun sleeves and cycling shirts
  • Campbell Steers -- Chain link earrings and one of her fabulous prints
